Treat Yourself to a Super Versatile Blackstone Outdoor Griddle, Now 36% Off for Prime Day

If you haven't tried cooking on an outdoor griddle, you're seriously missing out! Fortunately, here's your chance to try out an excellent griddle from Blackstone. Amazon has the Blackstone 4-Burner 36" 68,000 BTU Outdoor Griddle for only $296 for Prime Day. That's a whopping 36% off the original MSRP of $439.99. This deal is good enough that I just bought one myself!

A griddle is essentially a flat cookstop surface that's been heated to a very high temp. It's a perfect way to grill veggies, burgers, sausages, and pretty much anything food item that involves tossing and flipping over medium to high heat and could potentially fall through the grates of a standard grill. The 36" 720 sq in cooktop gives you a lot of space, much more so than using a griddle plate on a grill. It pumps out major heat in the form of 60,000 BTUs over four independent heating zones. You'll rarely, if ever, be cranking this griddle up to the max. Plus, and this is a big one for an urban dweller like myself, by doing this outdoors you keep the smells and oil splatter out of your kitchen.

At first glance, this Blackstone griddle from Walmart looks identical to the one Amazon is carrying. However, you'll notice that this one has a built-in lid, which can be useful. However, the BTU capacity has been lowered from 60,000 BTU down to 38,000 BTU. You'll have to juggle your needs here... a lid or extra heat capacity. I personally went with extra heat because if I needed a lid, I would just use my grill.
