WASHTENAW COUNTY, MI – A country estate for sale near Ann Arbor comes with the rare opportunity to own a barn venue fit for weddings.

A second “prep barn,” built around 1900, features a cooking area with a bar and commercial appliances, reclaimed wood furniture and extra storage space in the rafters.
